Job Description:
Our Need An experienced and well-organized Pre-Sales Executive to provide the necessary support to the Sales team. Please Note: You will have to work from the Powai office. And Good Communication skills are a must.
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Be a single point of contact for colleagues and customers alike. 2. Set up meeting schedules for online and offline demos of the Sellogs platforms 3. Contacting, Cold calling potential customers, and identifying the correct person in an organization 4. Researching and compiling potential customer databases that will be used for sales and marketing campaigns 5. Using CRM software a. to send out promotional emails and other messages to prospective customers. b. Setup leads and follows through each lead until a logical conclusion c. Setup and run campaigns 6. Preparing presentations using PowerPoint for conducting demos 7. Coordinating sales and marketing efforts between different team members in the Marketing and communications 8. Working on and submitting proposals to prospective customers. Will need to liaise with leaders of different departments to do this. 9. Carry out research on the logistics industry, curate relevant latest industry information, and submit to management for review and onward action.
Skills:
1. Should have some relevant experience in any B2B business environment 2. Should have a Bachelors degree or sufficient years of experience 3. Must be proficient with any kind of CRM software. If not, the candidate must be willing to spend time to learn this through available online media. 4. Must be proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS PowerPoint. 5. Good Written and spoken English. This will be needed for communication via email to external customers.
